Elizabeth is my great grandmother by a fourth child she gave up for adoption, Jessie Elizabeth Foot (1914-2004), father Alexander Foote from Stanley, Perthshire. Jessies name was changed to Blanche B. VanDyne when she was adopted. She was adopted because Elizabeths husband Harry was in England for a long stretch and Alexander Foote was keeping an eye out for her (ummm, yes).

None of Elizabeths legitimate children had any children themselves, and neither did Alexander Foote, who married a couple years later. Im looking for live family who never knew about us and also looking to fill in some gaps. Even more so since I found a picture of Elizabeths daughter, Evangeline, who looks so much like me at that age.
