I'm looking for information on my relatives. Robert Roberts, coal miner was married to Kate Smith, born abt 1868 Cardiff. I don't know his date or place of birth. According to the 1901 census they had a son William Roberts abt 1885 born in Cadoxton Glamorgan. Mark Elias Roberts 1896 born in Bedwas and Gwen J Roberts (abt 1900 in LLanbradach). Mark Elias Roberts was born in Bryngwyn Street Bedwas and in 1901 they were living in Station Terrace Bedwas, however Robert Roberts is not listed with them. I know his father Robert died when his children were young and his wife Kate remarried a man with the surname Sage. I would be grateful for any information.

I am looking for any information on William Jones baptised in Bedwas in 1789, son of William Jones and Margaret. William fathered at least four children by four different mothers, Edmund by Maria Rees, Harriet by Diana Llewellyn, Hannah by Mary Harris and Jane Prichard nne Jones by Hannah Thomas, all of his children were baptised in Bedwas and took his surname, apparently with his blessing as he is named as the father in each case. In his will of 1850 he left money to each of his surviving daughters and siblings Thomas and Edmund Jones, Sister Jane Rees, Sister Mary's children and Hannah Jones. Any information appreciated.

I am looking for anyone connected to the Hale family. My grandfather was Percival Hale born in 1900, his grandfather was Robert Hale born in 1841 in Winterburn (I think) married to Margaret from Llanhilleth. Percival's father was also a Robert Hale married to Annie Roome. 1891 Census shows them living in Bedwas, Monmouthshire.
