I am looking for information on Patrick Dignan (born arpx 1814), son of Peter and Margaret (Lynch), who moved from Galway to Australia and then New Zealand in the late 1830's, early 1840's.

Looking for information on the parents/family of James Fahey who was born in Galway, most likely Loughrea, in 1827. He immigrated around 1846, and eventually made his was to Illinois. He married Ellen Foley in 1857 in Tazwell County, Illinois. They lived for a while in the Chicago area and then moved to Holton, Kansas. Children born were: James, Patrick, Nell, Kate, Elizabeth, Johanna, Mary and Nora. James Fahey died in Holton, KS in 1939.

They were married in Moyleen and later moved to Australia. He had many siblings, and his sister Brigid Grogan supposedly married a John Carr and moved to the US becoming actors in the silent pictures. Australian family members have been trying to trace her descendants.

John Edington and Father William born in Ireland date unknow but both names appear in the Connaught Journal for 1840. One child I know of Margaret Edington Dwyer b.abt 1832 in Ireland married Joseph Dwyer who was in British Army 1848 Need Margaret'smother's name and Joseph's Parents.
