red mail Roe, John or Jack
I am searching for descendants of my great uncle who was orphaned and separated from my grandmother aged 5 years. He was John Roe who was at an orphanage in Bristol from 1900 to 1908 when he was taken into work in Clydach by Mr Davies. Some contact was made by him with his sister, my grandmother in the 1930's. My grandmother was Lily Roe (later Glyde) who lived in Luton Beds where John was born. His father was a Straw Hat Manufacturer. John attended my grandfather's funeral in Luton in 1939. John had a son Kenneth. Kenneth and his daughter visited Luton some time later but after that contact was lost
