James DEakins and Caroline edwards married 1884 at knighton. Lived pipe aston. Children were florence mary, minnie, agnes Ann and another...any info on parents of James and CAroline much sought after..... (i think their fathers were William Deakins and James Edwards, but no idea on their mums)...

John Jones b. 1824 in Knucklas, became a Timber Dealer in or around Knighton after 1850, possibly with business connections to the Norton Manor Estate and the Green-Price Family. His son, James Arthur Jones was a Blacksmith who migrated to the West Midlands around 1871. Looking for any evidence of John, his marriage about 1850 and his death, possibly about 1885.

Annie married William Henry Greep in Horsham but they met in Knighton around 1901. Annie was living with Esther Bason at Russell Lane, Knighton aged 2 and later with James & Mary Leighton also in Russell Lane, Knighton aged 12

eliza evans nee leake married charles evans in knighton 1884, Charles evans died 1908. They lived in Larkey cottage knighton. Eliza died jan 1912 they are buried together in knighton cemetery

Born in Knighton c1852, son of James who was a carpenter at the time of his sons marriage to Charlotte Jones in 1873. The marriage was on 5.10.1873 at Parish Church, Rowley Regis, Staffs, witnessed by George and Elizabeth Jones. Charles was a policeman living in Wolverhampton and died there on 16.5.1894 aged 41. His wife was born in Kingswinford, Staffs 1849, and died 1907. Daughter of John Jones and Ann (Hudson). I am searching for Charles (my g.grandfather)DOB and all family members as I can't trace any of them.

Richard Roberts and Sarah Tonks are my 4xgreat grandparents, Richard was born in Knighton Sarah in Bitterly near Ludlow, they eventually moved to Dudley and have several children my 3xgreat grandmother was Martha twin sister of Joseph, she eventually married Joseph Walker and moved to Royston near Barnsley in South Yorkshire where many members of the family now live.
