Seeking information regarding my GG grandfather William Matthews who through a family connection with the Earl of Llandaff emigrated to India and was employed by East India Company, by 1850 he was Collector Of Salt Revenue in the Punjab. william henry kirby junior was born in 1889/1890 but dont know where.he married annie beatrice fry on 6th dec 1913 in cardiff .had children freda,iris,dennis,james jack not sure what order.he died on the 20 march 1965. his father was also william henry kirby and this is who i would like more information on.where was junior born,where did his father come from who did he marry.i think at one time he was a locomotive engine driver and lived in llandaff wales but proberly came from england.ANY IDEAS? WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP. THANKS

Seeking Charles James Powell of Abergavenny, and Anne Morgan who married 3/7/1833 in Llanwenarth Citra by licence. And their children Charles Glendower Powell b. 1834, Anne Olive Powell baptised 1836 at Parish Church of St. Tydfils, and William Bassett Powell baptised 1837 at the same church. I think there were two other children Lucy Miranda baptised 13/11/1884 Dowlais, and Walter John baptised 18/3/1844 in Dowlais. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
