red mail Desperately Seeking the Jones Family - Neil, Helen, Dan, James, Aaron
I am looking to trace Dan Jones, originally from Llangernyw, near Abergele. He would be around 26/27 now. We met around seven years ago but lost touch and all searches have proved fruitless, due to the common name. If anyone knows of them please please get in touch or respond. I would love to make contact with the family again. Lauren
red mail Williams family
My GGG Grandfather, Hugh Williams, came from Llangernyw, and was baptised/born on 4th February 1761. He married Margaret Jones in Llandderfel on 31st August 1789, and died in Ty'n Llechwedd, Llandderfel, on 1st July 1840. They had 6 children, all in Llandderfel. I'm trying to find more about Hugh Williams' background in Llangernyw. I know his father was also called Hugh, who probably died in Maenen and was buried on 26 December 1781. Young Hugh's mother appears to have been Jane, who died and was buried, probably in Pentrewern on 17 December 1787. Is there anyone who can add anything more specific to this information - places, siblings etc? Many thanks.
