Thomas ONION Shepshed
It would appear Thomas ONION b 1809 Shepshed went to Calais where several of his children were born. Why! Who were his parents as there appear to be two Thomas Onions born in the area about the same time. There is also a Nottingham connection with one of his children Alexander Newton ONION. A Thomas ONION married an Elizabeth NEWTON 13 Sept 1828 in Shepshed. She was born in 1821in Loughborough and Thomas in 1809 in Shepshed so Im assuming these are Alexanders parents. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks, Jo

Wood family Lookup Please
Hi, I wonder if someone could look up the marriage of Thomas WOOD and Sarah probably between 1810-1816. I have the christening's of 2 of their children from the IGI JOHN WOOD Christening: 07 AUG 1816 All Saints, Loughborough, Leicester and SAMUEL WOOD 13 FEB 1819 All Saints, Loughborough, Leicester. I haven't found any more children yet. Also the births of Thomas and Sarah would be great if possible too. Thank you, Faye, Australia

red mail Reilly/Ryan families - Loughborough
I am trying to trace what happened to the Reilly and Ryan families who were living in Loughborough around 1910. I think the Reillys had a (sweet?) shop in Ashby Square around that time and there were three sons, James, William and Andrew who were in their early 20's at that time.
