red mail John Bulloch
John is my great uncle. He fought in WW1 and won the DCM. I am told that he owned a dairy in Rutherglen in the 1930's but he died in 1946, possibly through complications associated with being gassed in WW1. Does anyone have any information relating to John?

red mail Robertson Cousins?
Looking for a connection between James Robertson (born 1756 Rutherglen Lanarkshire died 28 Jan 1828 Lanarkshire) who married Janet Wilson 28 Sept 1775 in Glasgow; and John Robertson (born 1782 Lanarkshire, died 15 May 1862 Lanark Ontario Canada) who married Janet Smith 25 Oct 1807 in Bridgton and immigrated to Canada 1820. Apparently they were distant cousins but have found no solid evidence. Do not know either of their parents.
