I am tracing my family roots and my ggg grandfather was Richard Wheatley bn c1786 Twycross, it is believed the family kept 'The Bull' pub around 1800,Richard married a Sarah ??? from Branston.Staffs, they moved to Birmingham c1832, their son was Richard Wheatley who was a manufacturer of Fly Fishing equipment, the name still exists today as does the product. any information on the Wheatley family would be appreciated thank you.
