Thomas Clean/Maclean Riccall
Looking for some help with Thomas (Mac)Clean, who was a cordwainer living in village of Ness near York in 1770. I am unable to find any other details, but I believe that there was a Thomas Clean born In Riccall in appx 1736, and married in 1767. Could there be any connection??, is anyone out there that could verify that he was the one and same person. Another small problem is that his name was shown as Clean, however at least one of his children, William, shows up as Maclean, and the name carries forward as Maclean. If there is a connection, and anyone has the info, I would be delighted to hear from them. Thanks
