Daniel Whiting
I am interested to find out more about Daniel Whiting (born 1823 in Bristol). His parents were Daniel Whiting (born 1794) and Elizabeth Brown (1803-1877). I would like to find out the parents of Daniel Whiting senior. He was born in Brighton - but I think his family came from Bristol.

Muller's Orphanage Bristol
I am hoping someone may have photographs of older children at Muller's Orphanage in Bristol - years spanning 1927 to 1930. My father was orphaned at the age of 11 and spent 3 years there before being apprenticed to a market gardener named Blake. I think this was in Weston-super-Mare. Not much to go on I know but would appreciate any photos from those years of boys 11-14 years old at the orphanage. Or any other information you may think useful.

Daniel Skuse
I am searching for information about Daniel Skuse born in 1874. He married Emily Jones (nee Prosser) in 1899. Emily lived in New Tredegar on Fothergill Road and she had a son William John Jones born in 1891. Her first husband William Jones came from Wrexham. There was another son, Arthur who could be a Jones or a Skuse. I believe he was a publican in Peterchurch, Herefordshire. I would be grateful for any information.

Batchelor, Spendlow, Haskins
Fanny Spendlow married William Batchelor in Bristol in 1883. William died in 1885. Fanny had a lot of children subsequent to W's death, including my grandfather Edwin George Batchelor (1886). The father of some of Fanny's children was probably George Haskins. Would be interested to correpond with anyone who knows this family.

I am trying to trace the descendents of or anyone connected to Herbert Francis FUDGE (b1877 Keysham/Bristol?) who married Hannah Louisa ALLEN (b1879 Bristol, d of William & Elizabeth ALLEN (nee YOUNG). They had 2 children - Lilian Louisa FUDGE (b1902 Bristol) & Wilfred James FUDGE (b1906 Bristol). Lilian never married and died in 1959, still living in the old family home (same address as on the 1911 Census) - 28 Morley St., Barton Hill./Russell Town, Bristol. I think Wilfred may have married Gladys M (Matilda) BUTLER in Melksham 1931 - is there anyone out there who knows what happened to Wilfred and/or Gladys?
