I am trying to trace my great grandmother's family. She was known as Lizzie Cahoon and married Robert McIlree from Cookstown but not sure where she came from? I found an entry of a civil marriage in 1904 in Desertlyn for a Robert McIlree to a Lizzy Colghehoon but can't be sure I have the right people I knew nothing about my great granny except that she died at 35 with consumption? any information greatfully recieved thanks Laurine

His son, Hugh Kerrigan, is my g-grandfather and on Hugh's marriage to Mary Booth the certificate showed Hugh's father, Patt Kerrigan, was a resident of the townland of Drumnameel. Searching for any info on James Henry (1792-1869) And Martha "Mattie" Larimer (unknown-1857). Both were most likely Presbyterian. Martha believed to have been of Scottish descent. Her father's name was Robert Larimer. Possibly related to Hugh Larimer & Sarah (Sally) McMinn who emigrated to NY, USA circa 1819. Children are Barbara Jane (1822-1866), Robert James (1823-1903), Nancy (1826-1898), Samuel (1828-1901), William Thomas (1837-1907), Matilda Jane (1840-1918), Sarah (no info) and Wilson (no info). All children emigrated to USA in mid 1800's with possible exception of Sarah and Wilson.

I am looking for any information on, and hopefully descents of, JOHN T QUINN b. 1825 COOKSTOWN, CO TYRONE. He emigrated to the US in 1845 and died in Long Grove, Iowa 1901. He married CATHERINE MULLIGAN b. 1828 unknown town/county Ireland. I do not know if they married in Ireland or in the US. ANY information would be helpful!!!

Martha Mulligan 1841-1905 married William Henry 1867 at the Presbyterian Reform Church Grange and had 4 children - Thomas 1869, Margaret Jane 1872,& Maria Henry 1876. Any information about her parents would be appreciated. She was a member of the Band of Hope in Newton Mills before her marriage.
