I am hoping someone can help, I am searching for any information on John McCormick born abt 1875 d abt 1914 in Dublin, I am told from he was from Glassloch Monaghan, the family might have had something to do with eggs, He married Sarah Jane Vance b1875 d abt1912 exact date unknown but pre 1897 Church of Ireland they lived in Dublin for the rest of their lives. They had 5 Children Alfred Hugh b1897,John Robert Henry1900, Emma Isobell1904, John Claud1906, and Sarah Eilene1910, Emma was my grandmother. If anyone has any info I would be greatful as with Count John McCormick the famous tenor popping up in every search I am stumped. Thanks in anticipation.

I am researching the Mc Coy family of Monaghan my great Great gandad Robert Mc Coy of Lennaght Married Jane Mc Coy of Killygavna at Tydavnet church on the 19th of November 1838 my great Grandad William Mc coy was baptised 5th July in 1841 to Robert and Jane Mc Coy I have been unsuccessful in gathering any information on great Great Grandad Robert ie date of birth etc although I do no that Great Great Grandma Jane Died 16th October 1885 aged 70 years which indicates she was born in 1815 any help would be appreciated

I am interested in finding any existing RC church records for my ancestors who emigrated from Emyvale, Ireland to Canada about 1832. My gggrandfather's name was Christopher Murray who was born in Emyvale in 1829 or 1830. His parents names were (I believe), John Murray and Jane Harvesting (Harvesten ?) I am also interested in knowing if there was a Murray estate in the Emyvale area at that time (early 1800's)

I am looking for information about the McGregor family who arrived in Glasslough after 1902. George McGregor worked as Lard Stewart for the Earl of Caledon. He had 3 sons and 3 daughters, George, Jeanie, Robert, Maggie, John and Agnes. After george's death in 1924 his wife and daughters Jeanie and Agnes returned to Scotland. His son Robert remained in Belfast and I do not know what happened to the other children.
