Looking for any information regarding John MCQUILLON born in Cavan in 1840. His parents may have been John Matthew MCQUILLON and Mary MCNALLY.
John married Ann Jane GRAYSON in Liverpool in 1859 and they had three boys.
John died in Liverpool age 38 and now recorded as Mcquillan.

James Tierny married Margaret Tierny on2nd July 1842 at the RC parish of Drumgoon. He was my paternal great great grandfather I think they might have lived later at Cootehill. They had a son called Michael Any info would be appreciated.

My gr-grandfather Thomas F. Dunn dob 9/18/1844 per his words in his U S Civil War record in 1864 said he came from County Cavan Cooteville, Ireland. We have no knowledge of his parents names only of an older brother named Hugh. Any information you could supply would be greatly appreciated. |
