Harry Anthony was the publican at the Red Lion sometime in the 1880s. He was married to Lizzie Wells on 25/12/1880. They had 8 children,Wlifred, Grace, Stanley, Arthur. Ellen, Lizzie, Winifred and May. May was my grandmother. The photographs hanging in the pub and which appeared in the local paper are of him and some of his family members.His ancestors came from Chilbolton in Hampshire.
