I would like to know what happened to Catharine VEITCH, baptised in Kinawley Parish on 6 August 1797, daughter of Alexander VEITCH and his 3rd wife Izabella or Isabella MOOR. How long did she live and where? Whom did she marry, if anyone?

Michael MARTIN (1823-1895) son of Philip MARTIN and Isabella of Kinawley Parish, Fermanagh. Emigrated from Maquires Bridge, Fermanagh to N.S.W., Australia 1841. Married 1853 in Melbourne, Australia to Mary BEST (1829-1882) daughter of Allan BEST and Mary of Tempo, Fermanagh. At the time of the Eureka Stockade at Ballarat, Michael MARTIN sold spades, shovels to the gold diggers at his 'Melbourne Store' tent on Specimen Hill and Eureka Road. After the 'diggers' uprising in 1856 he bought land at Smeaton, Victoria farming there until he died. Children of Michael MARTIN and Mary BEST: Philip, Mary, Michael, Margaret, Annie, James, Elizabeth and Patrick. Their daughter Mary Martin (1856-1918) married Michael MORONEY in 1877 at Creswick, Victoria, Australia.

I am seeking the familily of my grandmother Mary McDermott b.21/Mar/1880, in Drummettagh near Kinawley. Her parents were Charles McDermott (b.1847 in Ireland) and Ann Curry (b.1851 at Derrylin, Co.Fermanagh) They were married at Glassmullagh, Co.Fermanagh. The family moved first to Harrington,Cumberland, then to Scotland and finally to Middlestonemoor, Co.Durham where the men were employed as coalminers.

My GGGG Grandfather Rev. John Ingham, born c1708, Lisnamaine, was rector of Kinawley. I would like to know for how long. He died at Callowhill 1764. Married Mary Veitch, c1737. They had four sons and four daughters.
