red mail Robert Cleland Magheralone
Robert Cleland is my Gt. Gt. Grandfather. He died in Magheralone in 1834. He was married to Ann Marner. Some time after his death, (probably in the 1840's), during the potato famine, she left with her sons, Hugh, Samuel, Edward and her daughter, (Margaret, I think) for Govan, Glasgow. I have had all sorts of research done, but no-one seems to be able to tell me where Robert Cleland's grave is. He could have been buried in a vault beside his brothers, one of which was named Moses? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Robert Weir b. ca. 1752 had a son Alexander born in 1780 in Pa. Supposedly Robert was attending the University in Ed- inburgh when he, being a Covenanter, left for the USA in 1773. Robert was first married to Margaret Gordon then to Margaret Campbell. His son, Alexander was b. 1780 in Pa. Later when Alexander was standing on his land in Montgomery Co., Indiana he declared it reminded him of his beloved Ball'hinch.
