red mail MOSS-Colne Engaine & Earls Colne
I am interested in sharing family history research with others connected to the MOSS family - earliest records show them in Earls Colne, moving to Colne Engaine. Towards the end of the 1900's most of them moved to London, but my g-grandfather Samson Moss lived in Colne Engaine, and 'Rukkee Cottage' until he died about 1930. Hopefully there are still some remote relations living thereabouts. Other connected surnames are SYCAMORE, CRABBE and RINGER.
