Alma Sexton
I am looking for information and evidence for an Alma Sexton. She was born about 1931 and lived in Kingston Upon Thames with her parents and younger brother. I believe that she lived in Fassett Road in about 1939. She would have attended St. Johns primary school. I have failed to discover any evidence for her existence. She was a childhood friend of my mother's. My mother went to live with the Sextons during the early part of the war. Thanks to anyone who can look into this for me..... Steve Coe

red mail Johannah Gumm
Who was Joannah? Born in Ham surrey, she married Thomas Gumm9also born Ham, Surrey) in 1814 and had Edward 1816, Rebekah and Isaac(twins) in 1817, and DINAH in 1820. Edward seems to have disappeared, Isaac died aged 2, Rebekah married William R. Burley(son of Jonas T Burley and Lydia(nee Smith) in 1843, and DINAH went to USA or Canada. Does anyone know what happened to any of these?I can find neither a birth or a death for Johannah Gumm. Did she die in USA? Grateful for any leads however small.

By then, both parents Herbert Charles Gaze and Florence Maud Lane had died. Any information on them welcome too. Herbert Charles Gaze may have served in WWI. Sister may have been called Maud Gaze. Also wondering about the name Garbuth. Family always knew her as Mary Gaze, but recent research gave name as Mary Garbuth Gaze. Thanks for help!
