Follow Up Ross Family
looking for my Great Grandfather on my mother's side. His name is James McDonnell. I believe he was born around 1843 in Ireland. I have a death certificate from Wallasey, Cheshire for 10 June 1900 age 57, Brickmaker laborer for Smith Lane Liscard. Resident of informant shows Edward McDonnell, Son, 23 Farm Rd. Transmere. He married Elizabeth Livingston in Jan., Mar., or Mar., in Birkenhead. They had 7 children.
All the James McDonnells I have found have be connected to Australia which cannot be true. In July of 1823 my Grandmother Ellen visited Birkenhead at 20 Mill Street with her sister Anna. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks: Ron
