Joseph & wife Elizabeth MORGAN were both 47 on the 1851 Census for Crewe, Cheshire. They and their son John (aged 23) were born in Denbyshire - and a kind Curious Fox by the name of Denise B in Scotland has found that Elizabeth was born in "Travanant" - sometimes spelt "Travinant". I think this is either Trefnant or Tref-y-nant. Do you know of a John Morgan & his wife Elizabeth, both born in Denbighshire about 1804, married in Denbyshire before 1828/9, who had a son called John there? In 1830 they had moved to Liverpool, so it has to be in those early years. You're my only hope! Where do I look? Susie

red mail Welsh emigrant to Ohio, USA
Seeking information on a forefather who appears to have lived in Denbighshire in 1836 but later emigrated to Gomer, Ohio, USA in 1849. May have been born in Llanbrynmair, Montgomery, Wales. Richard Davies DOB: 1818
red mail Brookhouse
Looking for any information regarding John Jones b.1793, Jane Jones b.1793, John Jones b.1830, Richard Jones, b.1826, Robert Jones, b.1824. Particularly interested in a Richard Jones b.1750. Richard was a blacksmith and Robert b.1824 and Richard, b.1826 were apprentice blacksmiths. John was an agricultural labourer, who worked at Brookhouse Mill and the two apprentice blacksmiths (Richard and Robert) worked at Brookhouse Mill which i believe is now a restaurant in Ruthin but was a 17th century flour mill. I am looking for my great, great, great grandfather called Richard Jones who was a blacksmith and feel there is a possibility the Richard b. 1750 may be him. The 1841 Welsh census appears to list all of the above of possibly being one family. If there is anyone who can help i would appreciate it. Thank you.
