I'm searching for any information about these following ancestors that led very colourful lives. Thomas & Thomas Oswald, were in the North Staffordshire Regiment.

Looking for the father of Thomas Deakin who was born in Moreton Corbet near Shrewsbury 29th July 1739. He may have been christened in Sutton Coldfield and almost certainly lived and died there. I believe he married an Elizabeth Taylor. His father may have come from Marchamley, Moreton Corbet or the Preston Brockhurst area and was born around 1710. His decendants all lived around Sutton Coldfield and later Aston in Birmingham.
